The brief:
“How might Volvo Construction Equipment take a role to orchestrate the ecosystem of electric sites to support our customer’s transformation journey”.
The project team comprised fellow Hyper Island students: Payman Dehdezi, Olivia Alm Briliantes, Viktor Hagberg, and Theresé De la Gardie.





To help Volvo electrify its mining fleet it needed a strategy to reach the ones still driving diesel engines. But how?
After a very fun and intense ideation we created a concept called “The Beast”, playing with the emotions and behaviors of motor lovers to make them try out the much better-equipped electric vehicles. Making them bigger meaner, faster, stronger!
