Born in 1992, in the early month of January, right on time (date-wise but with a bit of a sleep-in), Saturn at its peak, Elvin Kandell was weird from the beginning. Looking into the corners laughing, his mother thought him a strange but funny child with his head in the skies. This has continued until the time we call now.
